It's a little scary sending your gun to strangers. But we guarantee it will be well taken care of. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Before redelivering your gun, you will be sent a high quality picture of the finished paint job. If you are unhappy with the results, we will do anything from touching up the paint service to stripping the paint and starting over to satisfy you. If you're still unhappy, we will strip the paint and paint your gun it's original colors, refund the service costs (Shipping is nonrefundable**), and send your gun back.

But you should realize, we have never received a complaint.

GUN DAMAGE GUARANTEE

The techs at our shop have years of experience with airsoft guns. They meticulously disassemble and prep guns to assure paint won't damage your gun. But if any part of your gun was damaged while at our shop we would replace the part and with your consent continue the job.

Once again, we have never damaged a gun that entered our shop.
